We are a small team. The same people who choose the formulas serve at the counter and answer WhatsApp, which is why we can tell you what is actually in a bottle.我們是一支小團隊。挑選配方的同事，同時亦在門市接待客人及回覆 WhatsApp，所以我們答得出樽裡到底有什麼。

- We only message customers who have asked us to, and we stop the moment they say so.我們只向主動要求聯絡的客人發訊息，客人一說停，我們即時停止。
- We tell you when something is outside what a beauty shop should handle, and point you to a doctor.若情況超出美容店應處理的範圍，我們會直說，並建議你求醫。
