What we collect我們收集的資料
We only collect what we need to serve you: your name, your WhatsApp or telephone number, your delivery address when you order, and the notes you give us about your skin so we can recommend products.我們只收集提供服務所需的資料：姓名、WhatsApp 或電話號碼、落單時的送貨地址，以及你告知我們的膚質狀況，以便建議合適產品。

What we do not collect我們不會收集
We do not collect Hong Kong Identity Card numbers, bank card numbers or payment credentials through this website. This website has no checkout, no account login and no payment processing.我們不會透過本網站收集香港身份證號碼、銀行卡號或付款憑證。本網站不設結帳、不設會員登入、不設付款處理。
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, medical records or diagnoses. We are a beauty retailer, not a healthcare provider.我們不會索取，亦請你不要向我們發送病歷或診斷資料。我們是美容零售商，並非醫療服務提供者。
How we use it資料用途
To confirm and deliver your orders, to arrange and remind you of appointments, to answer your questions, to handle returns, and to keep the accounting records Hong Kong law requires us to keep.用作確認及安排送貨、安排及提醒預約、回覆查詢、處理退換，以及保存香港法例要求的會計紀錄。
We will only send you promotional messages if you have separately agreed to receive them. We will not use your data for any new purpose without telling you first.只有在你另行同意後，我們才會發送推廣訊息。未經事先告知，我們不會將你的資料用於任何新用途。
WhatsApp messagingWhatsApp 訊息
We communicate with customers on WhatsApp at +852 5529 7921. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta; messages you send us travel through their service and are subject to their own privacy terms as well as ours.我們透過 WhatsApp（+852 5529 7921）與客人聯絡。WhatsApp 由 Meta 旗下 WhatsApp Ireland Limited 營運；你發送的訊息會經其服務傳送，同時受其私隱條款及本政策約束。
We add a number to our WhatsApp contact list only when the person has asked us to — by messaging us first, by giving the number at our counter, or by ticking the consent box on a paper order form. We keep a record of when and how that consent was given.只有在客人主動要求時，我們才會將號碼加入 WhatsApp 聯絡名單——包括先行傳訊息給我們、於門市留下號碼，或在紙本訂單上剔選同意。我們會記錄同意的時間及方式。

Who we share it with資料披露對象
We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.我們不會出售個人資料，亦不會將資料交予第三方作其營銷用途。
- Couriers — your name, address and phone number, so a parcel can reach you.速遞公司——姓名、地址及電話，以便送遞包裹。
- Our messaging and email providers — so that a message can be delivered to you.訊息及電郵服務供應商——以便訊息得以送達。
- Government bodies — only where Hong Kong law requires it.政府機關——僅在香港法例要求時。
How long we keep it保存期限
Order and accounting records are kept for seven years, as required under Hong Kong tax and companies legislation. Contact details and message history are kept while you are an active customer and for two years afterwards, then deleted.根據香港稅務及公司法例的要求，訂單及會計紀錄保存七年。聯絡資料及訊息紀錄於你仍為活躍客人期間保存，其後再保留兩年，之後刪除。
Your rights你的權利
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] or to the address below. We reply within 40 days.根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你可要求索取我們持有關於你的個人資料副本、要求更正錯誤資料，或在我們無須保存的情況下要求刪除。請電郵至 [email protected] 或郵寄至下列地址，我們會在 40 天內回覆。
