This site is an information and contact site. It does not take payments, hold accounts or process transactions. Product descriptions, ranges and availability may change without notice; the current position is whatever we confirm to you in writing on WhatsApp or at the counter.本網站僅供資訊及聯絡之用，不設付款、會員帳戶或交易處理。產品描述、系列及供應情況可能隨時更改，恕不另行通知；一切以我們在 WhatsApp 或門市書面確認的內容為準。

Orders and payment訂購及付款

An order becomes binding only when we confirm the items and the total to you and payment is received. Payment is made in store or by local bank transfer or FPS arranged directly with us. Prices are in Hong Kong dollars.訂單須待我們向你確認貨品及總額並收到付款後，方告成立。付款可於門市進行，或透過與我們直接安排的本地銀行轉帳／轉數快。價格以港元計算。

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or the price shown was wrong. If that happens after payment, we refund in full.我們可拒絕或取消訂單，例如貨品缺貨或標示價格有誤。如已付款，我們會全額退款。

Delivery送貨

We deliver within Hong Kong only, by courier, normally within one to two working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates. Collection at our counter is free.我們只在香港境內送貨，以速遞方式進行，一般於確認付款後一至兩個工作天送達。送貨時間僅為估計。門市自取免費。

Returns and exchanges退換貨

Unopened products in their original packaging may be exchanged within seven days of purchase, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty or was supplied in error.未開封且包裝完整的產品，可於購買後七天內憑單據換貨。基於衛生理由，已開封的護膚品除非有品質問題或發錯貨，否則恕不退換。

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) or the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457).本條款並不影響你在《貨品售賣條例》（第26章）及《服務提供（隱含條款）條例》（第457章）下的權利。

Treatments護理服務

Treatment sessions must be booked in advance. Please give at least four hours' notice to change or cancel a booking. Sessions are for beauty and relaxation purposes only.護理服務須預先預約。如需更改或取消，請至少提前四小時通知。所有療程僅屬美容及放鬆性質。

We do not provide medical, diagnostic, injectable, laser, intense-pulsed-light, high-intensity focused ultrasound, micro-needling or weight-loss services, and we do not supply prescription products or medical devices. If your concern needs medical attention, please consult a registered medical practitioner.我們不提供醫療、診斷、注射、激光、彩光、高能量聚焦超聲波、微針或減重服務，亦不供應處方產品或醫療儀器。若你的情況需要醫療處理，請諮詢註冊醫生。

You must tell us before a session about allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures elsewhere, or any skin condition under a doctor's care. We may decline a booking where we think a treatment is not suitable for you.接受護理前，你須告知我們過敏史、懷孕情況、近期在其他地方接受過的療程，或任何正由醫生跟進的皮膚問題。若我們認為某項護理並不適合你，可拒絕接受預約。

Product claims產品聲稱

Our products are cosmetics and general household goods. Descriptions on this site refer to the appearance and feel of skin and hair. No product is represented as treating, curing or preventing any disease or medical condition, or as producing weight loss.我們的產品屬化妝品及一般家居用品。本網站的描述僅涉及肌膚與毛髮的外觀及觸感。任何產品均不聲稱可治療、治癒或預防任何疾病或醫療狀況，亦不聲稱具備減重效果。

Individual results vary. Please patch-test a new product and stop using it if irritation occurs.個人效果因人而異。使用新產品前請先做局部測試，如出現不適請立即停用。

Messaging訊息聯絡

By giving us your number you agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about your order, delivery or booking. Promotional messages are sent only with your separate agreement, and you may stop them at any time by replying STOP.當你向我們提供電話號碼，即表示同意我們可就訂單、送貨或預約事宜透過 WhatsApp 或電話與你聯絡。推廣訊息只在你另行同意後才會發送，你可隨時回覆「STOP」停止接收。

The AURELLE name, the contents of this website and our product packaging belong to BEAUTY EXPERT INTERNATIONAL (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED. Please do not reproduce them without our written permission.AURELLE 名稱、本網站內容及產品包裝均屬 麗妍國際（香港）有限公司 所有。未經我們書面同意，請勿複製使用。

Liability責任

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any product or session is limited to the amount you paid for it.對於因我們疏忽而導致的死亡或人身傷害，或任何欺詐行為，我們不會免除責任。在此前提下，我們就任何產品或療程所承擔的責任，以你就該項目所支付的款項為上限。

Governing law適用法律

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並由香港法院擁有專屬司法管轄權。
